Chad Wells is a proud Osage County native who has built a fulfilling life in southeastern Oklahoma. He and his wife, Monya, share a close-knit family with their two children, McKenna and Chris, and three beloved grandchildren—Case, Carter, and Lily. Chad’s educational background is as diverse as it is impressive, holding degrees in Biology, Biochemistry, and Teaching from both Hardin-Simmons University and the University of Oklahoma, where he also showcased his talents on the soccer field. With a deep-rooted understanding of Oklahoma’s communities and landscapes, Chad brings both expertise and enthusiasm to his work in real estate.
